The Phoenix Group of companies was founded in 1992 by John O’Brien, the present Managing Director. Originally specialising in the Airframe and Systems design fields Phoenix has rapidly grown into one of the largest agencies in Europe. The newly created IT Division has complemented the existing structure and given us a complete IT Support profile that few other agencies can offer. We maintain a database of over four thousand CV's/ Resumes and have access to both the European and North American Consultant labor markets.
